Grid is 11 columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a "Number of cases" and a "Percent of cases closed" column; a double rule separates the RD and UD panels but it is not a separate column. Decimal points: in this scan many decimal points in the percent columns did not print clearly and read as a gap (e.g. the UD total reads "100 0", and other cells read "34 6", "54 4", "53 0", "77 4", "5 4", "0 6", "2 3", "13 9"). All of these are one-decimal percentages and have been transcribed with the decimal point. Possible misprint: UD, "After hearing closed, before issuance of decision" is printed 2.3, but 4 of 168 cases is 2.4; transcribed as printed. Every other percentage and every column total is internally consistent (the five stage rows sum to the printed total in each "Number of cases" column). The last cell (UD "Percent of cases closed" for "After issuance of Board decision") holds a single em dash, transcribed as an empty cell per the dash-rule convention; the number of cases beside it is a printed 0. The table title carries footnote marker 1, which is excluded from the grid per instructions; the footnote itself is transcribed.
