No discrepancies found. In the "Measuring, analyzing, and controlling instruments; ..." row there is a small isolated dot printed just to the left of the value 16 in the elections-won "Total" column; it appears to be a stray speck or a surviving leader dot, not a digit or a footnote marker, so the cell is transcribed as 16. Scan artifacts degrade a few row labels (e.g. "Primary metal industries" and "Printing, publishing, and allied products" render with broken serifs); these are transcribed with the standard SIC wording that the glyphs support.

This is a continuation page: the first row ("Mining and quarrying of nonmetallic minerals (except fuels)") is the tail of the mining section begun on the previous page, and the crop is cut off at the bottom edge — the "Miscellaneous repair services" row sits flush against the bottom rule and the table almost certainly continues (a services subtotal and further divisions are not shown). No footnote text is printed within the crop, although the stub heading carries a raised 1 marker ("Industrial group^1"); that footnote's text falls outside this crop. Heading wording: the spanner over columns 3-7 is printed as "Number of elections m which representation rights were won by unions" — the "m" is a scan artifact of "in", transcribed as "in". Row structure: the "Mining" row (row 2) and the "Transportation, communication, and other utilities" row (row 14) are indented summary/subtotal lines set off by horizontal rules, not ordinary data rows; both are transcribed in place as printed. The "U.S. Postal Service" row is printed as all zeros. The crop is the final portion of a longer table that continues from earlier pages: the first body row shown, "Museums, art galleries, botanical and zoological gardens", is a continuation of the Services division, whose subtotal row "Services" appears below it after a rule; rows for earlier industrial divisions are not on this crop. Rules also set off "Public administration" and the "Total, all industrial groups" line. All printed values are internally consistent: for every row the four union columns sum to the "Total" of their group, union-won plus no-representative elections equal total elections, and valid votes for unions plus votes for no union equal total valid votes cast. A small caret-like mark appears over the leader dots at the end of the "Museums, art galleries, botanical and zoological gardens" label; it is a scan artifact, not a footnote marker, and is not transcribed.
