Reader’s notes
p. 228. Seven printed columns: stub plus the six "Type of election" columns. The three UD-cases rows print a dash rule (———) in the "Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C)" column; these are transcribed as empty cells. The footnote line at the bottom of the crop is clipped by the page edge and only partly legible ("1 See Glossary of terms for definitions"); the wording given is my best reading and the terminal period is inferred. All column sums of the four case-type blocks (RC, RM, RD, UD) agree with the printed "All types, total" figures in every column, so the numbers appear internally consistent. The far right of the image shows only the table's closing rules, not an additional column.
