0 of 12 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.

Reader’s notes

p. 37. Two printed columns (object-class stub plus one amount column); no column headings appear on this crop, so header_rows is empty. The raised "13" after "Personnel compensation" is read as a footnote marker; its footnote text is not printed within the crop. Possible misprint in the printed total: the eleven detail amounts sum to 138,257,242, which is exactly 1,000,000 more than the printed "Total obligations and expenditures" of $137,257,242. Both the detail figures and the total are transcribed exactly as printed; nothing was corrected. A horizontal rule above the total row and the leader dots after each label were dropped as instructed.
