Reader’s notes
p. 260. Two printed columns. The first body row is set off by horizontal rules above and below and carries the grand total 6 with no printed row label in the stub, so its stub cell is empty. The individual action rows (1, 0, 0, 3, 2) sum to 6, consistent with that total. The label "Withdrawn" is printed with a period immediately after it, before the leader dots ("Withdrawn. ......"); the period was treated as leader/typesetting and dropped. The scan is slightly degraded so some dotted i's in the labels ("jurisdiction", "insufficient", "evidence", "definitions") print faintly, but the wording is unambiguous. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is omitted per instructions along with the caption itself.
