The three division lines (South Atlantic, East South Central, West South Central) are subtotal rows set off by rules; they are transcribed as ordinary labelled rows. Stray ink on the scan that is NOT part of any value: a small dot to the left of "335" in the Wyoming row (Eligible employees in units choosing representation), a dot after the "0" in the New Mexico row (Other national unions), and a dot to the left of "12" in the Utah row (Number of elections in which no representative was chosen).
