Four heading levels; tall single headings ("Total", "Total eligible", "Percent of total eligible") and the stub heading are repeated down all levels they span. In the "Number of polls" group the headings "Resulting in deauthorization" / "Resulting in continued authorization" sit one level higher than their counterparts under "In polls", so they are repeated across levels 2 and 3.
