Reader’s notes
p. 223. Eleven columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a "Number of cases" and a "Percent of cases closed" column. The scan reproduces several decimal points as a blank or a comma-like speck; they are transcribed as decimal points: "100 0" (Total row, All R percent), "100,0" (Total row, RC percent), "51 8" (Before issuance of notice of hearing, RD percent), "55 9" (After issuance of notice..., RC percent), "2 3" (After hearing closed..., RM percent), "0 4" (After issuance of Board decision, RC percent). Each reading is consistent with the other panels' formatting and with the arithmetic (e.g. 655/1,264 = 51.8). All five number columns sum exactly to the printed totals. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is excluded with the caption per instructions; no in-table cell carries a footnote marker.
