The crop cuts the table off mid-body: the last printed row is Maryland, whose row rule is at the very bottom edge, and the remaining South Atlantic (and later) states, their division subtotals, any grand total, and the footnote texts continue on the rest of the page/next page and are not visible. No footnote texts are printed within the crop, so `footnotes` is empty even though the stub heading carries a raised "2" marker (transcribed as `Division and State^2`). Header structure: three printed levels. "Unfair labor practice cases" spans the eight C-case columns and "Representation cases" spans the four R-case columns at the top level; "All cases", "All C cases", "CA"–"CP", "All R cases", "RC"–"RD" occupy the lower level(s); only the last three columns have a separately ruled third-level band holding the symbols UD, AC and UC, so their word headings are repeated down to that level per the repetition rule. Verification: every division subtotal row (New England, Middle Atlantic, East North Central, West North Central) sums exactly from its member states in all 16 numeric columns, and the row identities (All C = CA+CB+CC+CD+CE+CG+CP; All cases = All C + All R + UD + AC + UC) hold for every spot-checked state, so column assignment is well constrained. Doubtful cells: Ohio, column CD is read as "1", which is unusually small beside the other East North Central states; it is nevertheless confirmed, since Indiana 10 + Illinois 28 + Michigan 4 + Wisconsin 4 + 1 = 47, the printed East North Central CD subtotal. Nebraska, column CP reads "9" (larger than its CC value of 7); the West North Central CP subtotal of 30 confirms it. A stray caret-shaped pen or scan mark sits immediately to the left of the "West North Central" stub label; it is not a footnote marker and is not transcribed. Several stub labels in the scan run into their leader dots so that a label appears to end in a period (e.g. "Maryland.", "Nebraska."); these are leader dots and have been dropped. Row-label spelling follows the page, where the scan's dotless "i" glyphs render some names as "New Hampshıre", "Pennsylvanıa", "Illinoıs", "Mıchigan", "Wısconsin", "Mınnesota", "Mıssouri"; these are transcribed with normal spelling.

The crop is a "—Continued" page: the table carries on from the previous page and the division/state list is cut off at both ends (it begins mid-way through the South Atlantic division and ends after the Mountain division total, with no grand total). No footnote text is printed on this image, although footnote markers 1 (in the caption) and 2 (on the stub heading "Division and State") are referenced. The four indented rows South Atlantic, East South Central, West South Central and Mountain are division subtotal rows, set off by horizontal rules. Arithmetic check: every state row and the East South Central, West South Central and Mountain subtotals add up exactly across and down as transcribed. The South Atlantic subtotal exceeds the sum of the seven South Atlantic states shown here, as expected, because Delaware and Maryland fall on the previous page. Doubtful cell: in the Arizona row, the UD column, a small stray mark (a dot or broken dash) sits to the left of the printed 0; it appears to be a scanning artifact or a stray leader dot, and the value is transcribed as 0. Column assignment for the last three columns is anchored on the UD / AC / UC abbreviations in the bottom heading level; these three headings are tall, spanning the top two heading levels, and have been repeated in both.

The crop is the final page of a table continued from earlier pages (it begins mid-list with the Pacific division's States and ends with the grand total); the caption is not shown, but the full three-level column headings are reprinted on this page and are transcribed. 17 columns: stub, All cases, eight C-case columns (All C cases, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP), four R-case columns (All R cases, RC, RM, RD), UD, AC, UC. The three rightmost headings ("Union deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases") sit over the sub-labels UD, AC, UC respectively. Footnote marker 1 is not attached to anything inside this crop; it presumably belongs to the caption on the first page of the table. The footnote-2 marker on "Division and State" is a raised 2 but prints like a blurred superscript. In footnote 2 the scan shows "U S." with a very faint or dropped first period; transcribed as "U.S.", and the final sentence has no terminal period as printed. Row labels are followed by long leader-dot runs, dropped here. All printed row and column totals are internally consistent (every State row, the Pacific subtotal, the Outlying areas subtotal and the grand total add up), so no misprints are suspected.
