Apparent internal inconsistencies, transcribed as printed: in several rows the AC and UC figures do not sum to the "Cases in which formal actions taken" figure — "Hearings completed" 88 vs 0 + 83 = 83; "Decisions issued after hearing" 101 vs 1 + 94 = 95; "By Regional Directors" 101 vs 1 + 94 = 95; "Requests for review received" 34 vs 0 + 31 = 31; "Board action on requests ruled upon, total" 23 vs 0 + 22 = 22; "Denied" 14 vs 0 + 13 = 13. (Rows "Withdrawn before request ruled upon" and "Granted" do agree.) Nothing was computed or corrected. In the leader dots of the row label "Decisions issued after hearing" there is a small raised mark that could be read as a superscript 2, but the only footnote printed under the table is marker 1, and the mark sits in the middle of the leader dots rather than against the label text; I read it as a scan artifact / stray leader dot and did not transcribe it as a footnote marker. The row labels "By Board", "Affirmed", "Modified" and "Reversed" are followed by scattered leader dots and stray periods in the scan; only the label wording is transcribed.
