The stub has no printed heading.\n\nFootnote markers: in each of the three sections the \"Pending October 1, 1987\" value in the Total column carries a small raised mark printed before the number (shown here as ^*). The glyph is a small raised asterisk/star rather than a clearly formed numeral, so its identity is uncertain; it is attached to 1,800 (RC), 177 (RM) and 432 (RD). Any footnote defining that marker is not visible — the crop ends just below footnote 1, whose text is clipped along its lower edge but still legible.\n\nEm-dash rules (not-applicable cells) were transcribed as empty: the Employers column for all RC and RD rows, and the five union/individual columns for all RM rows.\n\nAll printed Total values agree with the sum of their component columns, and the on-docket/closed/pending arithmetic is internally consistent in every section; nothing was computed or altered.
