This is as printed and is confirmed by the printed 2-union subtotals (Other local unions = 73 and 8,190; Other national unions = 8 and 513), which only balance with this placement. Every printed subtotal and the grand total were checked against the column sums and all 15 columns balance in each of the three sections and in "Total representation elections", so column assignment is well supported. The stray mark before "1" in the "AFL-CIO v AFL-CIO v. Teamsters" / AFL-CIO-unions cell is a leader-dot artifact, not a digit. The superscript on "Total elections" is degraded and could be read as "a"; from the series convention I transcribed it as ^2. Decimal points in the "Percent won" column are broken or missing in the scan for several cells: Local (61 5), AFL-CIO v Teamsters (80 0), AFL-CIO v. National (47 4), Teamsters v. Local (90 9), AFL-CIO v. AFL-CIO v. Local (100 0) and Total RC elections (49 9). I restored the decimal point in each, since every other cell in that column carries one decimal and each restored value matches the printed "Total won"/"Total elections" ratio (91/148=61.5, 36/45=80.0, 9/19=47.4, 10/11=90.9, 1,571/3,149=49.9). Likely misprint, transcribed as printed: in the last row shown, "2-union elections" of section D, the values from "Elections in which no representative chosen" rightward sit one column to the left of where they belong — 2,021 is printed in the elections-no-representative column, 1,242 under "Total", ... 779 under "Other local unions", and the final column is blank. Summing the five 2-union rows above gives 2 elections with no representative chosen, 2,021 employees eligible, 1,242 in elections won, 1,008 / 77 / — / 157 in units won, and 779 in elections where no representative was chosen, i.e. every printed figure belongs one column to the right and the "2" is missing. Also likely a misprint: in section C, row "AFL-CIO v Local", the 0 is printed under "Teamsters" (not "AFL-CIO unions") in both the elections-won block and the employees block, while the 1 / 64 sit under "Other local unions"; the companion rows put the loser's 0 in the participating union's own column.
