p. 232. Column structure: 15 columns = stub + "Number of polls" (5 cols) + "Employees involved (number eligible to vote)^1" (5 cols) + "Valid votes cast" (4 cols). Within "Employees involved", col 6 is "Total eligible" and cols 7-10 sit under "In polls". Scan dropout on two decimal points: in the "Other local unions" row the cell under "Number of polls > Resulting in deauthorization > Percent of total" is printed with the decimal point lost in the scan, reading as "30 7"; it is transcribed as "30.7". Likewise the last cell of that row, under "Valid votes cast > Cast for deauthorization > Percent of total eligible", reads as "28 7" and is transcribed as "28.7". Every other cell in those columns shows a clear decimal point, and both values are consistent with their own row arithmetic (4/13 and 190/660), so the missing periods are scan artifacts rather than as-printed text. The row label "AFL-CIO unions" is printed with an en-dash-like short rule between AFL and CIO; transcribed with a plain hyphen. In the footnote, the word "majority" is printed with a damaged "i" (appearing as "majonty"); transcribed as "majority". All internal arithmetic checks out: poll and employee components sum to their totals both across rows and down the affiliation column (67+18+1+13=99; 4,800+476+18+660=5,954; 1,494+107+0+131=1,732; 3,306+369+18+529=4,222; 3,990+389+17+386=4,782; 1,834+169+10+190=2,203). No suspected misprints in the body.
