p. 228. Grid is 17 columns: the stub "Type of election" plus four 4-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD), each panel carrying the spanner "Elections conducted" over "Total elections", "Withdrawn or dismissed before certification", "Resulting in a rerun or runoff", "Resulting in certification". The raised footnote marker 1 is printed only on the All R panel's "Resulting in certification" heading, not on the RC/RM/RD copies. Each "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" sub-row prints a dash rule (em-dash rule) in every column except the panel's "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column, where a figure is printed; those dash-rule cells are transcribed as "". The RM panel's rerun/runoff figures sit under RM "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" (column 12) and the RD panel's under column 16; the RC values are in column 8. The scan's typeface uses a dotless "i" throughout ("elections", "certification", "Stipulated", "Regional Director"); normalized to ordinary spelling. Leader dots after row labels dropped. Arithmetic is internally consistent as transcribed (component rows sum to "All types" in all 16 columns; rerun/runoff components sum across RC+RM+RD to the All R figure; and All R equals RC+RM+RD across each row), so no misprints are suspected.
