The stub has no printed heading; the stub header cells are left empty (a couple of faint stray specks sit in that area of the scan, not text). The caption carries footnote marker 1 but the caption is excluded per instructions. The seven centered lines "CA cases", "CB cases", "CC cases", "CD cases", "CE cases", "CG cases", "CP cases" are section labels spanning the table width; their value cells are empty. Suspected misprint, CA cases, column "AFL-CIO unions", row "On docket fiscal 1987": printed 17,483, but the two rows above it (6,766 + 10,718) sum to 17,484. The printed 17,483 is internally consistent with its own row total (35,994) and with the rows below it (17,483 - 10,287 = 7,196), so only the vertical addition in that one column is off by one; likewise the CA Total column prints 35,994 where 13,520 + 22,475 = 35,995. Transcribed exactly as printed. Every other row and column in the table cross-foots exactly. Some row labels have ragged/broken leader dots in the scan (e.g. the CC and CD "Received fiscal 1987" rows); leader dots are dropped and the labels themselves are legible.
