p. 200. Eight columns: stub, Total, and six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". The stub has no printed heading; "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both heading levels, so it is repeated in both. The six centered section lines ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases^2", etc.) carry a label and no values; their value cells are "". In the "Union-shop deauthorization cases" panel every cell except Total and Individuals is a printed em-dash rule, transcribed as "" per instructions. Arithmetic as printed (nothing was corrected): row sums across the six filing-party columns equal the printed Total in every data row, and "On docket" minus "Closed" equals "Pending September 30" everywhere. However, in the AFL-CIO unions column "Pending October 1, 1986" + "Received fiscal 1987" does not equal the printed "On docket fiscal 1987": unfair labor practice 6,938 + 10,798 = 17,736 vs printed 17,735; representation 1,158 + 2,934 = 4,092 vs printed 4,091; all cases 8,134 + 13,879 = 22,013 vs printed 22,011 (the sum of the two one-unit gaps). All other columns add correctly, so these appear to be source misprints or unflagged adjustments rather than misreadings; the digits are clearly legible. The caption carries footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 1987^1"); the caption itself is excluded per instructions, but footnote 1 is retained. Small stray ink specks appear in the right margin beside several rows (e.g. the Employers column of the unfair labor practice and union-shop panels); they are page artifacts, not footnote markers or digits.
