Reader’s notes

p. 284. The first body row carries no printed row label: it sits alone between the heading rule and a short rule above the detail lines, holding only the value 3 in the "Total cases closed" column (the grand total of cases closed). Its stub cell is transcribed as empty. The detail values (1, 0, 0, 2, 0) sum to 3, consistent with that total. The scan is slightly degraded (dotless i's in the body text, e.g. "jurisdiction", "insufficient", "Dismissed"), but all digits are legible and unambiguous.
