Reader’s notes
p. 282. 12 columns: stub, Total proceedings, two Injunction proceedings columns, Total dispositions, six Disposition of injunctions columns, and the final Pending in district court Sept. 30, 1986 column. No stub heading is printed, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. The scan is a 1-bit image in which small dots are systematically lost (the headings render as "Injunctıon proceedıngs", "Pendıng", "Denıed" with dotless i's). On that basis I restored the abbreviation periods that are certainly in the print but not visible in the scan: "Sec." in the three total-row labels, and "Oct. 1, 1985" / "Sept. 30, 1986" in the headings. If strict glyph fidelity is wanted, those four periods are the only characters I added. Row "Under Sec. 10(e) total": the Total proceedings cell is printed as a small raised 1 immediately before the figure 2, i.e. footnote marker 1 on the value 2; transcribed as "2^1". All internal arithmetic checks out as printed (pending + filed = total proceedings; the six disposition columns sum to total dispositions; total proceedings - total dispositions = pending Sept. 30; and the detail rows under each of the 10(j) and 10(l) totals sum to those totals in every column), so no misprint is suspected. There is a small ink speck in the Inactive column on the "8(b)(1)" row, left of the printed 0; it is dirt, not a digit or marker. Row label "8(b)(4)(A)" (first detail row under the 10(l) total) is printed with a broken opening parenthesis after the 8 but is unambiguous.
