p. 255. 15 columns: stub + 5 under "Number of polls" + 5 under "Employees involved (number eligible to vote)" + 4 under "Valid votes cast". In the header, "Total" and "Total eligible" are tall single cells spanning the lower heading levels, as are "Total" and "Percent of total eligible" under "Valid votes cast"; they are repeated down the levels they span. Punctuation note: this is a 1-bit scan in which periods and some commas have dropped out, so percentages print as e.g. "54 0" and the Total-row figure for employees in polls resulting in deauthorization prints as "2 075". I have restored them as decimal points ("54.0") and a comma ("2,075"); every such cell is confirmed by arithmetic (67/124 = 54.0; 2,075 + 4,522 = 6,597; column sums 86+30+3+5 = 124, 5,021+1,158+36+382 = 6,597, 4,048+1,002+33+283 = 5,366, 2,065+504+21+76 = 2,666). The footnote's "Sec" and its final period are likewise faint in the scan and written here as "Sec." and a closing period. All printed totals and percentages are internally consistent; no misprints detected. The row label reads "AFL-CIO unions" with a short dash that could be an en dash in the original type.
