p. 247. Grid is 11 columns: the stub plus five two-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a \"Number of cases\" and a \"Percent of cases closed\" column; a double rule separates the RD and UD panels but it is not a column break.\n\nDecimal points: in this scan the period in every percent value is faded or lost, so the cells image as \"100 0\", \"31 5\", \"2 5\" and so on. These are one-decimal percentages and I have transcribed them with the decimal point restored (100.0, 31.5, 2.5). No digits were altered.\n\nArithmetic check (nothing corrected, all as printed): each panel's five stage rows sum exactly to its printed total — 2,374+3,783+105+1,081+189 = 7,532; 1,260+2,994+87+840+81 = 5,262; 283+175+5+70+60 = 593; 831+614+13+171+48 = 1,677; 176+20+1+31+0 = 228. Each percent column likewise sums to 100.0. No misprints detected.\n\nDoubtful glyphs, both resolved by the column sums: the leading digit of \"2.5\" (row \"After issuance of Board decision\", All R cases / Percent) prints faintly and could be read as another digit — 2 is confirmed because the column totals 100.0 only with 2.5. The \"Percent of cases closed\" heading over the UD panel is slightly clipped at the right edge of the crop but is legible and identical to the other panels' heading.\n\nThe caption's superscript 1 ties to the single footnote; the caption itself is omitted per instructions."
