p. 246. 17 columns: stub plus eight case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP), each with Number and Percent of cases closed.\n\nDecimal points: this 1-bit scan has dropped most small dots — the body text shows undotted i's (\"ıssuance\", \"judge's\"), and every percent renders as e.g. \"100 0\", \"84 2\", \"0 6\". These are decimal fractions whose points were lost in scanning, so they are transcribed with the decimal point restored (100.0, 84.2, 0.6). No digits were altered.\n\nCE cases, \"After Board decision, before circuit court decree\": the Number cell prints as \"10\" followed by a short stray diagonal mark (scan artifact or a broken rule), transcribed as 10. This is corroborated arithmetically — the eight CE stage figures sum to the printed CE total of 75 only with 10.\n\nArithmetic check: in all eight panels the eight stage figures sum exactly to the printed \"Total number of cases closed\" (33,450 / 23,180 / 8,266 / 1,320 / 323 / 75 / 20 / 266). No misprints detected.
