p. 245. The scan has dropped most periods: every value in the "Percent of total closed" column prints as e.g. "100 0", "45 7", "0 6" with the decimal point not visible. These are one-decimal percentages (each equals the row's case count divided by the 315 total, rounded to one place: 144/315=45.7, 100/315=31.7, 2/315=0.6, etc.), so I have written them with the decimal point restored. The same period-dropping affects the footnote, where the closing period is assumed. In the Withdrawal section, the row "After opening of 10(k) hearing before issuance of Board decision and determination of dispute" is printed without the comma after "hearing" that appears in the otherwise identical rows under Agreement of the parties and under Dismissal; transcribed as printed. The three indented sub-rows that wrap onto a second line ("...before issuance of Board decision and determination of dispute") have their figures printed on the second line, aligned with the word "dispute"; they are given on the single joined row here. Arithmetic checks out as printed: 144+2+107+62=315, and the section sub-rows sum to their section totals.
