These are transcribed with the comma restored (1,584; 1,378; 12,610; 8,957; 2,587; 1,842) for consistency with the neighbouring values, which are printed with commas. Row label: "Electrical and electronic machinery equipment, and supplies" shows a wide gap between "machinery" and "equipment" where a comma would normally stand (the usual SIC wording is "machinery, equipment, and supplies"); the comma is not legible in the scan, so the label is transcribed without it. Arithmetic check: every one of the 16 value columns sums across the 22 industry rows exactly to the printed "Manufacturing" subtotal, and each row's component columns sum to its "All C cases", "All R cases" and "All cases" entries.
