Reader’s notes

p. 31. The crop is a small fragment of a larger table: only three body rows are shown, with no column headings, no caption, no section label above them and no footnotes, so `header_rows` is empty. The grid has 2 columns (stub plus one value column); the single value column is right-aligned at the far right of the crop and nothing is cut off at the right edge. The row label on the third line is rendered by the scan with a dotless "i" ("Wıthdrawn"); it is transcribed as the intended word "Withdrawn". The "Withdrawn" row's leader dots are broken into two runs before the value, which is a typesetting artifact only.

p. 32. The crop is a short continuation fragment (three body rows) carried over from the preceding page; no column headings, caption, totals or footnotes appear on this image, so header_rows is empty. The grid has two columns: the stub of row labels and a single right-aligned figures column. All three values are legible and unambiguous. The apostrophe in "court's" is printed as a typographic right single quote; it is transcribed here as a plain apostrophe. Leader dots after each label (including the double run of leaders on the "Dismissed" line) were dropped as instructed.
