p. 214. The stub column carries no printed heading, so cell 0 of each header level is empty; "Total" is a tall single heading spanning all three header levels and is repeated in each. The heading printed "Em- ployer" across two lines is joined to "Employer". Above the first data row, in the stub area just under the header rule, there is a stray mark that looks like a closing parenthesis ")". It is a scanning/typesetting artifact, not a row label or a data row, so it is not transcribed as a row. The footnote under the table is printed without a terminal period, as transcribed. The caption's superscript 1 marker is part of the omitted caption. All printed values are single digits and legible; no cell is doubtful.
