p. 212. Twelve columns: stub plus 11 data columns. The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty; "Total proceedings", "Total dispositions" and "Pending in district court Sept. 30, 1985" are tall single headings spanning both levels and are repeated in each. Punctuation: the scan is a coarse 1-bit image in which small periods are faint. I have transcribed "Under Sec. 10(e)/10(j)/10(l) total" and the column headings "Oct. 1, 1984" / "Sept. 30, 1985" with the abbreviation periods, which is how the source sets them, although the periods are barely visible at this resolution. Row 8(a)(1)(3), Granted column: the glyph is preceded by a short stray horizontal mark, so it reads like "- 4". It is a speck/broken rule, not a minus sign — the column sums to the printed 10(j) total of 20 only if this cell is 4 (3+4+2+6+4+1 = 20). Transcribed as 4. Row 8(b)(4)(A)(B), last column (Pending in district court Sept. 30, 1985): a small stray speck sits just left of the printed 0; the value is 0. Verification: every column of both the 10(j) and the 10(l) blocks sums exactly to its printed total row, so the digit placement is internally consistent. The 10(e) row carries a raised footnote 1 printed before the value 2, transcribed as 2^1.
