Crop is incomplete at the bottom: the body ends mid-table at "3,000-3,999" (the rule under that row is cut), so larger size classes and any "Not reported" line are missing, and no footnote block is visible. Footnote markers are printed (a raised 1 on the caption, which is excluded, and a raised 2 before 29,469 in the Total row, given as 29,469^2), but their texts fall below the crop, so `footnotes` is empty. Decimal points: every percent column is printed to one decimal place, but this 1-bit scan drops most of the periods, so the cells read as e.g. "26 2", "100 0". They are transcribed with the decimal point ("26.2", "100.0"). The point does survive in a couple of cells (e.g. CB percent in row 2,000-2,999 prints clearly as "2.5"), confirming the format. As a check, every percent in the grid was recomputed from the printed counts and column totals and all agree to the rounded tenth, and the cumulative-percent column accumulates correctly, so the digit assignments and column placement are corroborated. The Total row's "Cumulative percent of all situations" cell holds a dash rule, recorded as "". Column structure: 22 columns - stub, total number, two Total-panel percent columns, then nine type groups (CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP, CA-CB combinations, Other C combinations), each a Number/Percent pair. A stray printer's dot sits to the right of the "CP" heading; it is not a footnote marker and is omitted. Row-label ranges and "CA-CB" use the printed en dash.
