Structure: 17 printed columns — stub ("Type of election", spanning all three heading levels) plus four column groups (All R, RC, RM, RD elections), each headed "Elections conducted" and subdivided into four columns. This is one table with repeated sub-headings across column groups, not side-by-side panels, so no stacking was needed. The footnote marker 1 is printed only on the All R group's "Resulting in certification" heading; the corresponding headings in the RC, RM and RD groups carry no marker. In every "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" row only the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column of each group carries a value; all other cells in those rows are dash rules (------) and are transcribed as "". In the RM group those cells are a printed 0 rather than blank, matching the image. The scan is a 1-bit halftone, so dotted i's read as "ı" in several words ("Stıpulated", "certıfıcatıon"); these have been transcribed as the intended letters. There is a small stray ink mark above the RM "Total elections" cell in the "All types" row and a faint mark below the All R "Resulting in certification" heading; both are scan artifacts, not footnote markers or digits. All printed figures are internally consistent: within each group, withdrawn + rerun/runoff + certification equals total elections; rerun + runoff equals the rerun-or-runoff figure; RC + RM + RD equals All R in every column; and the five election-type rows sum to the "All types" row. No apparent misprints.
