The RM cases "Elections" line has a small stray ink mark in the gutter just right of the Stipulated value 151; it is a speck/stray comma from the printing, not a digit or footnote marker, and was not transcribed. The single footnote is clipped by the bottom edge of the crop — the line reads "See Glossary of terms for definitions" with the final punctuation cut off; a terminal period is assumed. The footnote marker 1 also appears on the caption (excluded per instructions).
