Reader’s notes

p. 180. Eleven columns: stub plus Number/Percent pairs for All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. Decimal points in the Percent columns are nearly invisible in this scan — they read as a gap (e.g. "100 0", "63 1"). They are transcribed as decimal points ("100.0", "63.1"), consistent with the one-decimal percent format used throughout the column and with the arithmetic (e.g. 4,923/7,807 = 63.1 pct). No percent cell was altered in any other way. The row "After" is a label-only heading introducing the election types under "Certification issued, total"; its value cells are blank in the original. All column arithmetic was checked and is internally consistent: the three section totals sum to "Total, all" in every column, the five election-type lines sum to "Certification issued, total", and each sub-stage group sums to its parent (Consent, Stipulated, By withdrawal, By dismissal). No misprints detected. The caption carries footnote marker 1; per instructions the caption is omitted, but the single printed footnote is retained.
