Reader’s notes
p. 179. 11 columns: stub plus a Number/Percent pair for each of All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. The scan has dropped nearly every small round dot on the page (the dots over the letter i are missing in the row labels too), so the decimal points in the percent columns do not appear in the image: the percents render as "100 0", "31 3", etc. I have restored the decimal points ("100.0", "31.3"), which is the printed convention for this table and is confirmed by arithmetic — every percent equals its Number cell divided by the column's total to one decimal place (e.g. 2,443/7,807 = 31.3; 817/1,668 = 49.0; 171/228 = 75.0). For the same reason I transcribed the row labels with normal spelling (issuance, notice, hearing, decision, disposition) and added the terminal period to footnote 1. No other doubtful cells; all digits are crisp. The caption carries footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 1985^1"), which is omitted here with the caption.
