p. 165. The crop continues Table 4 from the preceding page; sections A and B and the first part of section C's preceding rows are not on this image, so the body starts mid-table. Fourteen columns: stub, "Total all", then Employer (Total, Informal settlement, Formal settlement, Recommendation of administrative law judge, Board, Court) and Union (same six). In the "Objections to employment withdrawn" row the six Employer columns each hold a printed dash rule, transcribed as empty cells. The section label in the body is printed with a hanging "C" in the left margin; whether a period follows the letter is not legible in this scan, so it is given as "C By amounts of monetary recovery, total" (compare the "A." / "B." sections on earlier pages). Sentence-ending periods are largely dropped by the 1-bit scan throughout the page (e.g. "definitions Data" in footnote 1); periods have been restored in the two footnotes at the sentence breaks that the spacing indicates. All cross-footings check out as printed: row components sum to their Employer/Union totals and to "Total all", and the Backpay plus Reimbursement rows sum exactly to the section C total line in every column. No arithmetic discrepancies found. The rightmost column ("Court", Union) sits at the very edge of the crop; the value 1 in the "Objections to employment withdrawn" row is close to the trim line but legible.
