p. 157. Eight columns: stub, Total, then the six columns under "Identification of filing party". The stub has no printed heading. "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are centered section lines spanning the body with no values; they are transcribed as label-only rows. The three "Pending October 1, 1984" Total cells each carry a raised asterisk printed before the figure (*1,907, *202, *462); I have written these as 1,907^*, 202^* and 462^*. The corresponding asterisk footnote is not visible — the crop ends just below the footnote line, cutting off the bottom of footnote 1 ("See Glossary of terms for definitions", read with its descenders clipped) and any further footnote text below it. Cells shown as a dash rule (an em-rule or double rule) are transcribed as "": the six filing-party columns for all RM rows, the Employers column for all RC and RD rows. Scan artifacts: the "i" in several words (e.g. "Pending", "Received", "unions", "Individuals", "Identification") has lost its dot in this image; wording is unambiguous. A stray tick appears just left of "173" in the RC "Received fiscal 1985" row, Other national unions column — it is a speck, not a character. Arithmetic checks out everywhere: pending + received = on docket, and on docket - closed = pending at year end, in every column of all three panels. No apparent misprints.
