Injunction Litigation Under Section 10(e), 10(j), and 10(l), Fiscal Year 1984

p. 244. Twelve printed columns; the stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. "Total proceedings", "Total dispositions" and "Pending in district court Sept 30, 1984" are tall single headings spanning both levels; "Injunction proceedings" spans two columns and "Disposition of injunctions" spans six. Footnote markers in the "Under Sec 10(e) total" row: the raised 1 before the 2 in the "Total proceedings" column is clear. In the last column ("Pending in district court Sept 30, 1984") of that same row a small raised mark appears before the 1; it is faint and partly broken in the scan, so I read it as the same footnote 1 and transcribed "1^1" — the underlying value is certainly 1 (2 proceedings minus 1 disposition), but a reader may wish to verify whether the marker is really present there. Periods after the abbreviations in the stub ("Under Sec 10(e)/10(j)/10(l) total") and in the headings ("Oct 1, 1983", "Sept 30, 1984") are not visible in this scan — the spacing suggests they were printed but did not survive the scan; I transcribed only what is legible. The row label "8(b)(4)(B), 8(e)" is printed twice in the Sec 10(l) section (the 4th and 6th subsidiary rows), with different data each time; this is as printed, not a duplication error on my part. Note also that the separator in "8(b)(4)(B); 8(b)(7)(C)" is a semicolon while the comparable labels use commas. All printed section totals cross-foot correctly against their component rows in every column, which supports the column assignments. Blank spacer lines between the three sections carry no labels and are not transcribed as rows.
