p. 216. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column panels (Total rerun elections^2 / Union certified / No union chosen / Outcome of original election reversed), each with Number and Percent by type. The stub has no printed heading. Decimal points: in this scan the period in every percentage has dropped out, so the figures image as "100 0", "37 7", "62 3", etc. They are standard one-decimal percentages and have been transcribed with the decimal point restored (100.0, 37.7, 62.3 ...). Likewise the terminal periods of the two footnotes are not visible in the scan and have been restored; the rest of the footnote wording is as printed (footnote 2 uses a comma splice, "in three cases, however, only the final election", as printed). Em-dash rules stand in for percentages that are not computed (zero numerator over zero or near-zero base) and are transcribed as "": Consent elections under Union certified / Percent by type and under Outcome of original election reversed / Percent by type; Expedited elections in all four Percent by type columns. The "Regional director-directed elections" label wraps over two printed lines ("Regional director-directed elec- / tions") and has been joined; its data are printed on the second line. Checks on the printed values: "All representation elections" Number 69 = 26 + 43, and the type-of-case rows sum to 69 (57+2+10), but the type-of-election rows sum to 1+43+0+15+10 = 69 as well, so both breakdowns are internally consistent. The Union certified column sums to 23+0+3 = 26 by case type but 0+16+0+7+3 = 26 by election type, both matching. No arithmetic anomalies detected; nothing was computed or corrected. The "1" in Consent elections / Total rerun elections / Number prints with a serif form resembling a lowercase "l" in this scan; it is the digit 1.
