Disposition of Objections in Representation Cases Closed, Fiscal Year 1984

Eight columns: stub plus three single columns (Objections filed / withdrawn / ruled upon) and two spanner groups (Overruled, Sustained^2), each split into Number and Percent of total ruled upon. Decimal points: in the percent columns the scan renders the decimal point very faintly or not at all, so the cells read visually as "76 6", "23 4", etc. They are one-decimal percentages and I have transcribed them with the decimal point ("76.6", "23.4"). Every value checks out against the printed counts (e.g. 591/772 = 76.6, 181/772 = 23.4, 28/33 = 84.8, 6/7 = 85.7), so the decimal placement is not in doubt; only the glyph's visibility in this scan is. Expedited elections: both percent cells hold a printed em-dash rule (no value), transcribed as "". The "Sustained" spanner carries a raised 2 footnote marker, but footnote 2's text is not visible — the crop cuts off just below footnote 1, whose line ("1 See Glossary for definitions of terms.") is itself clipped through the lower half of its letterforms but still legible. Any further footnotes below it are outside the crop. Internal consistency is good throughout: filed minus withdrawn equals ruled upon on every row, Overruled plus Sustained equals ruled upon on every row, and both the by-type-of-case and by-type-of-election blocks sum to the 847 filed in the all-elections line. No misprints detected. In "Board-directed elections", the Sustained Number cell is a 1 whose serifs make it resemble a lowercase l; read as 1, which is confirmed by 1/7 = 14.3.
