Reader’s notes

p. 213. The table is 17 columns: the stub plus four panels (All R, RC, RM, RD) of four columns each; all four panels share the same row labels, so the panels are stacked horizontally, not vertically, and no panel-stacking was needed. The indented "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" lines under each election type carry a figure only in the third column of each panel ("Resulting in a rerun or runoff"); the other three cells of each panel hold a dash rule and are transcribed as "". Footnote marker: in the All R panel the superscript 1 is clearly attached to "Resulting in certification". In the RC, RM and RD panels a small detached curved/slanted mark sits at the bottom of the corresponding "Resulting in certification" heading cell. It may be a displaced footnote-1 reference or a scan artifact; because it is not attached to the text and the footnote wording refers to "the total of representation elections", I transcribed the marker only on the All R column. All row and column sums are internally consistent (e.g. 3,447+232+888 = 4,567; 138+3,630+644+24+0 = 4,436), so no misprints are suspected. Scan quality degrades the dotted i's throughout ("certıfıcatıon"); these are rendered as normal letters.
