p. 208. 17 columns: stub plus 8 case-type panels of Number / Percent of cases closed. The scan is a 1-bit raster that has dropped nearly every period in the page (row labels read \"dısposıtıon\", \"admınıstratıve\", and the percent cells render as \"100 0\", \"83 7\"); the decimal point is restored in every percent cell, since the values are plainly tenths of a percent. The same artifact makes the terminal period of the footnote unverifiable; it is written with one. The Number columns are internally consistent: each panel's eight stage rows sum exactly to its printed total (All C 37,783; CA 27,162; CB 8,652; CC 1,236; CD 319; CE 65; CG 33; CP 316). Several printed percents do not match the printed numbers when recomputed; all were read the same way on two passes and are transcribed as printed. All C \"Before issuance of complaint\" 83.7 (31,599/37,783 = 83.6) and \"After Board order adopting...\" 0.9 (303/37,783 = 0.8); CA \"After hearing opened...\" 0.6 (192/27,162 = 0.7); CB \"After hearing opened...\" 0.2 (11/8,652 = 0.1), \"After Board decision...\" 1.4 (116/8,652 = 1.3), \"After circuit court decree...\" 0.3 (33/8,652 = 0.4). The CG panel is the least certain: its printed percents 82.0, 9.0 and 6.0 against a base of 33 recompute to 81.8, 9.1 and 6.1, so the final digit in those three cells may be a misprint or a misread of a faint glyph; the CG numbers themselves (27, 3, 1, 2) are clear. The CE, CC and CD panels recompute exactly, which supports the digit readings there. The caption's trailing footnote marker 1 and stray specks above \"CE cases\", \"CG cases\" and \"CP cases\" in the top heading row are scan noise, not footnote markers, and are not transcribed. Nothing appears cut off by the crop.
