I transcribed them as decimals, which the printed structure confirms: the four method percentages 41.5 + 2.6 + 37.1 + 18.8 = 100.0, and each method's sub-stage percentages sum to its method total (28.8 + 12.1 + 0.6 = 41.5; 32.3 + 4.2 + 0.6 + 0.0 = 37.1; 12.7 + 2.9 + 1.3 + 1.9 = 18.8).
