p. 188. Three printed columns: stub, "Number of cases showing specific allegations", "Percent of total cases". Single heading level; the stub has no printed heading. Decimal points: this is a coarse 1-bit scan in which full stops are frequently lost. Every value in the Percent column is printed in one-decimal form, but the point itself does not survive legibly (the page renders "100 0", "15 4", "0 9", etc.). I have restored the decimal point in all Percent cells, since the space is a scan artifact rather than the printed form. No digits were altered. For the same reason the abbreviation periods that almost certainly follow "A", "B" and "sec" in the three section lines ("A. ... under sec. 8(a)", "B. ... under sec. 8(b)", "Subsections of sec. 8(a)/8(b)") are not legible on this image, so those labels are given without them. Section/label-only rows with no values: the two lettered panel headings, the two "Subsections of sec 8(a)/8(b)" lines, and the two "Recapitulation^1" lines. "Total cases" is a data row indented under each "Subsections of" line, and appears once in panel A and once in panel B. Footnote markers: raised 1 on both "Recapitulation" lines and raised 2 on the recapitulation row "8(a)(1)". The footnote texts themselves fall below the bottom rule and are not included in this crop, so `footnotes` is empty. Small-value cells read with care: 8(b)(1)(3)(5) and 8(b)(1)(2)(3)(5)(6) are both "1" (the digit is a bare vertical stroke in this font); 8(a)(1)(2)(4), 8(b)(2)(3) and 8(b)(6) are "4", "4" and "4" respectively. No arithmetic was checked or corrected; recapitulation percentages sum above 100 by design, since a case may allege several subsections.
p. 189. This is a continuation page ("Table 2.—...—Continued"); the column headings are reprinted here, so header_rows is filled. Periods reproduce very faintly or not at all in this 1-bit scan. In the Percent column the decimal point is lost in every cell (the image literally shows "100 0", "7 9", "67 5", etc.); I have restored the decimal point, which is unambiguous from the magnitudes (each section's percentages sum to ~100). Likewise the abbreviation/ordinal periods in the section lines are not legible, so they are transcribed without them ("B1 Analysis of 8(b)(4)", "C Charges filed under sec 8(e)", "D Charges filed under sec 8(g)"), and the sentence-ending periods in the footnotes are similarly absent in the scan and left out. Footnote 2 is printed below the table but no superscript 2 marker appears anywhere on this crop; it belongs to the 8(a)(1) material on the preceding page of the table. The section lines B1, B2, Recapitulation, C and D are centered spanner labels with no values; their value cells are "". Internal checks are consistent: the recapitulation and component counts sum to the printed subtotals (e.g. 110+43+2+2=157; 60+2+1=63), and the percentages match the printed totals, which supports the digit reading. Two percentages differ by one unit in the last place from a recomputation (11.2 printed for 157/1,391 = 11.3; 20.4 printed for 59/290 = 20.3); both are transcribed as printed. The final row ("Total cases 8(g)") is followed by an empty ruled strip before the footnote rule; no further data rows are cut off.
