p. 235. The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of each heading level is empty. "Total" is a tall single heading spanning all three heading levels and is repeated in each; "Number of cases" spans the four petitioner columns, and "Identification of petitioner" spans the same four. The scan is degraded for small punctuation: dots on many i's are missing (e.g. "petitioner", "Pending" read as "petitıoner", "Pendıng"), the period after "Sept" in the last row label and the final period of footnote 1 are not visible on the image; both have been transcribed with the conventional period. The caption carries footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 1983 ^1") but the caption itself is excluded per instructions. All numeric cells are clear and each row's Total equals the sum of its four petitioner columns.
