The indented "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" sub-rows carry a value only in the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column of each of the four panels; all their other cells are blank in the print. The footnote marker 1 is printed only on the "Resulting in certification" heading of the All R elections panel. In the Stipulated elections section the second sub-row label is misprinted as "Runoff rqured" (missing "e" and "i"); transcribed as printed. In the RD panel the second column heading is set as "With drawn or dis-missed before certifi-cation" with a space rather than a hyphen after "With"; joined as "Withdrawn or dismissed before certification" to match the other panels. The row label "Expedited—sec 8(b)(7)(C)" is printed with extra spacing between "sec" and "8(b)(7)(C)". The scan's typeface renders dotless i's in many headings ("Total elections", "certification"); read as ordinary i. All internal arithmetic checks pass: each panel's row total equals withdrawn + rerun/runoff + certification, rerun + runoff equals the rerun-or-runoff cell, RC + RM + RD equals All R in every column, and the five election-type rows sum to the "All types" row.
