p. 179. 8 columns: stub, Total, and the six "Identification of filing party" columns. The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty; "Total" is a tall heading spanning both levels and is repeated. The section labels "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are printed centered across the body columns (not in the stub) on rules-separated band rows; they are transcribed as label-only rows with the label in the stub cell. The asterisk on the three "Pending October 1, 1982" totals is printed immediately before the figure (*2,088, *225, *526) and has been moved behind a caret as a footnote marker. Dash rules ("------") in the filing-party columns of the RM block and in the Employers column of the RC and RD blocks are transcribed as empty cells. In the scan the sentence-ending and abbreviation periods in the two footnotes are very faint/dropped by the 1-bit rendering (visible as extra word spacing after "terms", "Sept" and "report"); they are written here as the original print implies. All printed totals cross-check: each row's Total equals the sum of its filing-party cells, and pending + received = on docket = closed + pending end in all three blocks.
