p. 313. 17 columns: stub, "Total Elections", the five-column "Number of Elections in which representation rights were won by unions" block, three tall single columns (no representative chosen / employees eligible to vote / total valid votes cast), the five-column "Valid votes cast for unions" block, "Total votes for no union", and "Eligible employees in units choosing representation". The crop ends after the Kansas row: the West North Central division subtotal and all remaining divisions/states of Table 15B are not on this image, and no footnote text is printed here (the stub heading carries a raised 1 whose note appears elsewhere). Suspected misprint: Massachusetts, "Total votes for no union" is printed 5,413 and is transcribed as printed, but it is inconsistent two ways — 4,132 (union total) + 5,413 = 9,545, not the printed 9,275 total valid votes cast; and the six New England state entries in that column sum to 11,051 against the printed division total 10,781. Both discrepancies are exactly 270 and both resolve if the figure were 5,143. I re-examined the cell at full available resolution and it reads 5,413; nothing was changed. Every other column of all four division subtotals (New England, Middle Atlantic, East North Central) was checked against its member states and each cross-foots exactly, so column placement is well anchored. North Dakota (8) and South Dakota (6) in the last column are small but legible and as printed.

p. 314. This crop is a continuation page: no column headings are printed on it, so header_rows is empty. The table has 17 columns (stub + 16 numeric), confirmed from the vertical column rules and from every data row carrying 16 values. The first row, "West North Central", is a regional subtotal whose component state rows fall on the earlier page, above this crop; the Mountain subtotal at the bottom is followed by a closing double rule, and the Pacific region rows that would normally follow are not on this crop. In the "West North Central" row there is a small stray ink speck immediately left of the value 51 (column 4). It sits in the gutter rather than on the baseline of the digits and does not match the raised-marker style used elsewhere in these reports, so I read it as a printing speck and transcribed the cell as 51, not as a footnote marker. "Florida" is printed as "Florida." with a trailing dot; that is the first of the leader dots, so it was dropped per the leader-dot rule. Verification: I cross-added each of the four regional subtotal rows printed in this crop (South Atlantic, East South Central, West South Central, Mountain) against their component state rows for all 16 columns. Every one of the 64 column sums agrees exactly with the printed subtotal, which independently confirms both the digits and the column assignment for 27 of the 30 rows. The West North Central row cannot be checked this way because its states are off-crop. Two cells hold an isolated "1" set in a narrow column and are worth flagging even though both are confirmed by the cross-adds: Wyoming column 11 (= 1) and Oklahoma column 13 (= 1, where the glyph renders close to a lowercase "l").

p. 315. This is the final (continuation) page of Table 15B; the column headings are reprinted here in full, so header_rows is given. The body begins mid-table with the Pacific division's States, so the earlier divisions are on previous pages. 17 columns: stub, Total Elections, five columns under the spanner "Number of Elections in which representation rights were won by unions", three tall single columns (no representative chosen / employees eligible to vote / total valid votes cast), five columns under "Valid votes cast for unions", then Total votes for no union and Eligible employees in units choosing representation. In the footnote the scan shows "U S Department of Commerce" with the periods after U and S not visible (likely faint/dropped in this 1-bit scan rather than genuinely absent); transcribed as it appears. No terminal period is printed on the footnote.
