Transcribed exactly as printed; several rows do not add across, and the AC + UC figures fall short of the first column in most rows: Hearings completed 118 vs 6+97=103; Decisions issued after hearing 131 vs 9+115=124; By regional directors 128 vs 9+113=122; By Board 3 vs 0+2=2; Transferred by regional directors for initial decision 3 vs 0+2=2; Requests for review received 17 vs 4+9=13; Board action on requests ruled upon, total 17 vs 4+9=13; Denied 10 vs 1+5=6. The subrow breakdown of "Board action on requests ruled upon, total" also exceeds its own total (4+10+3=17 in column 1 does match, but AC 2+1+1=4 matches while UC 2+5+2=9 matches). These look like a column of a third case type having been dropped in the original printing, or simple misprints; nothing was computed or corrected. Two stray ink marks, neither a footnote marker: a small dot/comma-like speck just right of "128" in the "Cases in which formal actions taken" column (By regional directors row), and a short apostrophe-like tick in the blank space above the label "Regional directors' decisions". The footnote line at the foot of the crop is clipped along its baseline by the crop edge but remains legible; nothing else appears cut off.
