Eight printed columns: stub, Total, and six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party" (AFL-CIO unions, Teamsters, Other national unions, Other local unions, Individuals, Employers). The stub has no printed heading; "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both heading levels. "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are centered section lines printed across the data columns; they are given as label-only rows. The three "Pending October 1, 1981" totals each carry a small raised asterisk/bullet printed immediately before the figure (3,327 / 292 / 511); these are transcribed as trailing ^* markers keyed to the second footnote. In the RM cases panel every union column and the Individuals column are blank and only Total and Employers carry figures, exactly as printed. In the RC and RD panels the Employers column is blank. A faint tick appears just right of the Individuals figures in the RC and RD panels; it reads as the column rule / print artifact, not a digit or marker. Sentence-ending periods in the two footnotes are not visible in this scan (e.g. after "terms", "Revised", "Annual Report", and the final "figures"), so the footnote text is given without them; the wording itself is legible. The apostrophe-like mark before "on docket" in the last footnote line is a stray print artifact and was not transcribed. No arithmetic was checked or corrected; all figures are as printed.
