p. 240. Two printed columns: the stub "Stage" and a single value column "Median days". All values are clear and unambiguous. Row-label outline markers (I, II, A, B, C, 1-5) are transcribed as they appear in the scan, without trailing periods; the scan is faint enough that a small period after each marker could have dropped out, and in this scan the dots over many "i" characters are likewise missing (e.g. "Unfair labor practice" renders as "Unfaır labor practıce"). Standard spelling has been restored in the labels. The two "Close of hearing to —" / "Filing of petition to —" lines (items 3 and 4 under II.A) are label-only lines whose values appear on the two indented sub-lines beneath each; those sub-lines are transcribed as their own rows. Note "Regional director's" is lowercase in items 3 and 4 but "Regional Director's" is capitalised in line II.C, as printed. The long rows I.A.3 ("Close of hearing to issuance of administrative law judge's decision") wraps onto two printed lines and has been joined into one row.
