p. 214. Nine columns: stub plus four Number/Percent pairs. The scan is a coarse bitonal image in which small marks (periods, commas, dots on the letter i) frequently drop out: percent values that are plainly one-decimal figures print as e.g. \"100 0\", \"29 7\", \"70 3\", \"28 5\", \"30 1\", \"27 3\", \"72 7\", \"33 3\", \"66 7\", \"22 0\", \"78 0\", \"17 1\", while neighbouring cells in the same columns show the point clearly (\"69.9\", \"32.5\"). I have transcribed all of them with the decimal point; the digits themselves are unambiguous. The two footnote lines likewise show no visible terminal period; I supplied one in each, consistent with the same drop-out.\n\nIn the \"Expedited elections\" row the Percent cells of \"Total rerun elections\" and \"Outcome of original election reversed\" are blank, and small isolated dots sit in/near the \"Union certified\" Percent and \"No union chosen\" Percent cells; in the \"Board-directed elections\" row a \"..\" sits in the \"Outcome of original election reversed\" Percent cell. These read as leader/omission dots rather than values, so all of those percent cells are given as \"\". The Number cells in both rows are printed zeros.\n\nStray single dots also appear in the stub after \"All representation elections\", \"RM cases\", \"RD cases\" and \"Expedited elections\", and in the body of the \"RC cases\" stub line; these are leader-dot remnants and are dropped. The caption carries footnote marker 1 and is not transcribed. The caption, the two section lines (\"By type of case\", \"By type of election\") carry no values.
