Disposition of Objections in Representation Cases Closed, Fiscal Year 1981

Eight columns: stub plus Objections filed, Objections withdrawn, Objections ruled upon, then Overruled (Number, Percent of total ruled upon) and Sustained^2 (Number, Percent of total ruled upon). Decimal points in the percent columns are largely dropped by the scan (the page shows "79 6", "79 0", "21 1", "100 0", "0 0", etc.); they are printed as one-decimal percentages, and a few survive legibly ("20.4", "5.9", "17.4"). I have written all percent cells with the decimal point. Arithmetic confirms the reading: every percent equals Number / Objections ruled upon for its row (e.g. 670/842 = 79.6, 16/17 = 94.1, 459/582 = 78.9), and both panels of detail rows sum exactly to the "All representation elections" line in all five numeric columns. "By type of case:" and "By type of election" are section labels with no values; the colon after "case" is faint but present, and no colon appears after "election". A small ink smudge sits in the Objections withdrawn column on the "All representation elections" line (just above the 357) and another to the right of the row label itself; both are scan artifacts, not footnote markers or digits. Footnote 2's text runs the two sentences together without a visible period after "sustained"; transcribed as printed. Footnote 1 likewise has no closing period.
