Reader’s notes
p. 206. Eleven columns: the stub plus five two-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD cases), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed". The decimal points in the percent columns are almost entirely lost in this scan (they print as, e.g., "100 0", "28 4"); they are transcribed as decimal points because the one surviving point, "0.4" in the All R percent column of "After issuance of Board decision", is clearly visible and because every panel's percents then sum to exactly 100.0. The number columns also check out: each panel's five stage figures sum exactly to its printed total (11,114; 8,904; 606; 1,604; 257). The row labels are followed by leader dots, which have been dropped. No footnote markers appear on the headings or values within the crop; the footnote's superscript 1 presumably refers to the caption, which is above the crop.
